Not using WI but that was a common shade tree mechanic tune up technique back in the 1950's and 1960's to blow all the carbon build up out of a high compression engine. We would hold the engine at a fast idle and pour water down the carburator as fast as it would accept it. A couple pints worth was not uncommon. You did not do any harm I suspect ---- tell everyone it was intentional
 Those AFR's would be reasonable targets but only the dyno knows for sure! Larry
