Hi,
what would you use as water anti-freeze in a plain water injection setup ?

I think methanol`s a good bet, maybe 20% as this shouldn`t drastically affect your tune/AFR`s.

Best check but I`m sure all the systems can take a 50/50 mix of wter and methanol?.

The Shurflo pump is methanol resistant (the "R" word), Unfortunately, prolong use of methanol will make the internal seal shrink, in time It will leak. For 100% mehtnaol, it last about a year. For 50:50, it is about 2 years. We have all the spares are available, it it not too costly, around $20-30 per item. normally you need to replace the #10 component (?30).
