No, it is still tripping the failsafe. My float is almost 1/3 the way up the tank as the edges are rounded.

I was saying it's turning on the water level LED when it triggers the failsafe.

Even if air somehow got into the line (unlikely as the tank hasn't gone below 30% full) I did purge the lines so I'm 100% sure there is no air in there now and its still triggering the failsafe.
